The Ezedir.com, Directory Listing Service owned and operated by Hem Tech is provided to you under the terms and conditions of this Ezedir.com Service Agreement. Ezedir.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove all or part of this agreement at any time with or without notice. You are encouraged to check back frequently, as our Terms of Service may change.
Ezedir.com currently provides users with access to a directory of the internet websites. You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements, sponsored links, promotional listings, or paid placement. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Ezedir.com, such as service announcements and other communications are considered as part of the Service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features enhancing the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.
The Ezedir.com directory listing is currently a free service. All sites submitted to the Ezedir.com will be reviewed for inclusion in the directory. You may be advised by email whether or not the site has been accepted for inclusion. If the site is declined, you may not receive information regarding the reasons the site cannot be listed.
By submitting the directory submission form, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to provide true and accurate information as prompted by the registration form as well you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Ezedir.com reserves all the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part of it with or without any notice. You agree that Ezedir.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
Ezedir.com will determine the best category, URL, Title and description for an accepted site's listing. Ezedir.com reserves the right to move the listing to another category or subcategory or change the URL, Title and description of the listing at any time. Ezedir.com will have all control over the wording of the listing and placement within the directory.
You acknowledge that Ezedir.com may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service. You agree that Ezedir.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate the use of the Service and remove any Site within the Service, for any reason, if Ezedir.com believes that you have violated our Terms of Service or violated our Submission Policies.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. You agree that Ezedir.com has no responsibility or liability under any circumstances whatsoever for any loss of business, loss of use or data, interruption of business or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind that in any way result from any aspect of the service.
