The kinds of chairs you will buy for a tropical cabana style club will be dramatically different from a traditional supper club or a comedy club. So by deciding well in advance what your theme and decor will be, the range of choices that will contribute to that design will be limited which makes your decision making process much simpler. So you will need dining furniture for the room where food is served, tables and chairs for the rooms where entertainment or dancing will occur, stools for the bar, couches and lounge chairs for rooms devoted to conversation and a variety of other types of furniture.

It will be a tough exercise but you need to literally "lay out" your club on paper and make a "shopping list" of furniture you have to have before you open the doors for day one operation of your club. By having a detailed plan for what furniture to buy and how it will be laid out in each room of your club, you will have the upper hand when it is time to talk to suppliers. That gives you the liberty to call the shots on price, delivery time and support after the fact and get the best supplier there is to help you lay out a club that you will be proud of and that your customers will come back to again and again each week.
