Singapore children does not like the most popular chainese language as they faced a lots of difficulties while learning. At Home

1. Parents/grandparents and the child can swap over notes printed in Chinese language:
As a large amount of the parents are busy these days, they can make a simple system of writing short phrases in chainise language and paste them to refregirators or any table. With this approach we can guarantee that children can share what they have learned to their parents and grand parents. Children can show off more interest in writing, if they know additional words in the chinese language . Allow the child to write Hanyu pinyin if he or she not able to write the word.

2. Let the child spend some time on watching cartoons:

Generally, children like to watch TV shows and it is very good if we make them to watch Mangarin TV series come on Saturday and Sunday. It is an informal manner of learning the language

3. Singing Songs

Get a few Chinese songs CD and take the children to singing sessions as it will help them to learn the language informally

4. Comics Book

Parants have to get some comic books to the children as the comics will have the plain and easy language which can be definitely understood by the children.

5. Read Chinese storybook to them

For children to master or like Chinese language, parents should be the role model, when the child sees their own parents making attempt to understand the Chinese Language, they will figure out the importance of the language. Before the child sleep, parents can read Chinese story book to him/her.

6. Game card/ Board game

Children learn most efficiently by means of interactive games and activity, parents can buy game card or activity card in bookshops and create activity with them. Through hand-on and fun session, children slowly will develop interest and love learning.

Chinese Language can be learned in various number of ways. Books and Video & Audio CDs will help in learning the basics of Chinese language. An even better way to learn Chinese, however, is to enroll in a Chinese class at a local college or university. Sitting in the class room and try to chat with new students in the Chinese language will certainly develop the skills on the Language.
